Ability to rearrange table rows/columns

Currently there is no way to rearrange rows and columns (Eg. move a row up or swap it with another row), so the user has to copy and paste many times when doing simple rearranging.

Other software usually includes some UI that appears upon hovering on a table row or column to do that (see MS word, which also shows a plus icon between rows for easy addition between rows).

I also desire a way to move (up/down) and copy/paste table rows.
I have an empty single row 4 column table that I can not delete, however it can be edited. It is the last row of a 17, 1 row tables stacked together.
