Please forward the sync log file to me via a private message here in the forum. You can find it by going to Tools->Options, selecting "Logs Folder", and looking for the file that begins with "AndroidSync". Thank you!

Hi, the error I am experiencing having updated to 11.8.3 is repeat syncing of a calendar appointment if I change a detail on an all ready created appointment, irrespective if created/changed on my mobile or desktop. I will PM you my AndroidSync file, thank you.

daho2018, please redownload and reinstall version 11.8.3. That should solve the problem.

I believe I have the same problem as Loopy. But mine also includes notes that are updated, and my password file that has been updated. I was going to upload my Log, but it sounds like you are now aware of the issue, and just working on a solution. Is that correct?
I just recently updated from 11.6.5 to 11.8.3.
Is it possible to revert back to 11.6.5? How long till you get this fixed? It's damn annoying.
I used to manually DL the updates, and then do a manual reinstall, but since 2020, I have been letting the program do it, so I don't have a copy of 11.6.5.

I think something is wrong with your file. The normal install file on your website is about 68meg. This "issue fixed" file is about 32meg. On my win10 PC, it crashes, with the following pictured error.

The "new" 11.8.3 build works fine now, no more conflicts.
BUT in my case, now i have an other anyoing error: When I open or create an appointment and then save it, EPIM makes a 2-day appointment.
Example 1: I open an existing appointment 04.03.2024 8:00-14:00. I change nothing but save it. Now it is 04.03.2024 8:00 to 05.03.2024 14:00
Example 2: I create a new appoint ment, 09.03.2024 8:00-10:00. I save it. Now its 09.03.2024 8:00 to 10.03.2024 10:00
I did a back-to-back test and reinstalled my 11.8.3 (I back up every version I use) and with my "old" build, this error disappeard - but the sync error with the duplicate conflicts is back as expected
