Repeated Resolve Conflict Notification

Mobile Phone:

Android 14, UI version 6.0
Sync is 2-way

I keep getting Resolve Conflict notifications like this one:

I have never modified the details of the event on the phone. No matter how many times I click Synchronize the notification eventually re-appears.
I don't have a screenshot but I've seen the same issue with Contacts I've modified on the computer.

Downloading an reinstalling the 11.8.3 (it's a new build) will probably fix this error, but brings you a new one like discussed in the thread above.
