I downloaded the version on 06.03. at 14:19. Unfortunately there is no other date stamp.

I have installed the update and synchronized several times. The conflict message appears once, I confirm it and then it no longer appears. In other words, it looks resolved to me.

And will there be an update for PRO Portable version?
Once upon a time I woke up with no contacts and tasks in Google calendar after using EPIM Dupremover tool (thought it might solve the issue).

Yes, the official fix is available in the recently released 11.8.4 version. Please update.
