DropDownListfield in mail only partly visible
Hi there,
on my side, when I open a mail in a separate window, there is that line, which tells me, what language was recognised and where I also can click on "translate" to translate it into my language. However the listfield is only partly visible.
A minor problem of course, but it's hard to act in that field.
Thanks.

Please post a screenshot here so that we can gain a better understanding of how it appears on your end. Thank you.

Here you are! You can see, that in the listfield the word "Englisch" is cut

What are your display scaling settings in Windows?

I donot know what exactly you want to know ...
So there is a resolution of 1920 x 1080 pixels, and a scaling of 150%, both recommended and working all right.

We're unable to reproduce this. If you switch the scaling to 100%, will the drop-down list be shown normally? Are you using the latest 11.8.4 EPIM version?

Re: DropDownListfield in mail only partly visible
Meanwhile I use 11.8.4, which brings no change in the problem.
Switching to 100% in scaling, solves the problem, but this, as expected, makes everythin on screen rather tiny. Going back to 150% returns everything to normal, which means useable/readable, however the problem I described is there again.
Other listfields in EPIM are ok, even when scaling to 150%. So far the problem is only there in the listfield I mentioned. So I presume, there is a difference between this listfield and other listfields

Re: DropDownListfield in mail only partly visible
The display is not correct in all dialogs for me either. I always thought it was due to my settings:
- Scaling: 125%
- Text size: 125%
But not all input fields are displayed incorrectly.
- Input fields too small
- Button too small for labeling
- Uneven layout (height, width) of the individual input fields
The display in the input dialogs still needs to be greatly optimized. Due to the poor arrangement of the fields, the input dialogs are also much too large.
