Minimize button closes app

Using 11.8.4 version. Win 10

When I hit "minimize" button in upper right window, it completely closes the app, even though I have the "Minimize to task bar" box checked.
Have to re-open it whenever I want to add task or check email.

Can this issue be added to the next update for a fix?

There is no option labeled "Minimize to taskbar", the available options are "Minimize to system tray" and "Minimize on close." Which one were you referring to?

Sorry. I checked "Minimize to System Tray". But it closes the app completely when I try to minimize.

Not a huge problem, just inconvenient. Hopefully the next update can address this.

Icon was hiding in the system tray. Found a way to have it be visible when minimized.

So all is good!
