Option to send Appointment Name in email subject

Post by swwhit52 »

Calendar module / Reminder / Email

I would like to send the appointment name (e.g., "oil change 9am") instead of the default text "Event Reminder" as the Subject when sending an email reminder from the Calendar module.

An alternative would be to enter the subject manually, instead of "Event Reminder".

For my purposes, I want the email recipient to see the purpose of the reminder in the subject so that they do not have to open the email.

Ok, that sounds logical. We will consider making the necessary improvements in future versions. Thank you.

This feature has already been implemented in the upcoming 12.0 Beta2 version, which means it will be available to the general public in the next major EPIM release. Thanks!
