Is there a way to put business cards front and back into the address book?

you could add a jpeg or pdf of the business card as an attachment to the individual contact

Can I do both sides as attachments and how much space would that take up? Wouldn't that slow down the database?

Attachments will not impact the app's speed or performance negatively.
Android version of EssentialPIM. Keep all your data in sync!
