It would be great if we had some way to change the color of a word or a portion of text anywhere in a note.
As it is you can change that now with the formatting options in the toolbar....but there is problems with the
formatting settings sticking, and you have to go back and change them back after you color a word.
Seems there would be a better way, like highlight what needs color change, right click highlighted text and
the drop-down menu has a color selection. It should not effect the settings in the top toolbar.
I know many other users would like to have this feature.
Change the color of a word or a portion of text in a note.

Re: Change the color of a word or a portion of text in a note.
I also often use colorizing a word. But I would prefer a shortcut for: "copy format" "paste format". One could even make it better if "copy format" would stay in action until you say: "end paste format"
This way you have to format one word in your text, and than "copy format", mark other words, "paste format" until you say "end paste format".
This would work like a temporary style, just for one note, formating one word and assignging this temoprary style to other words in just this one note.
Thank you for bringing up this topic!

Double-click the copy format button and it will stay active until you click on the copy format button again or begin typing. One could even make it better if "copy format" would stay in action until you say: "end paste format"

DG, a8907433:
Thanks for pointing out the copy format button.
There must be something I'm missing it still does not work the way I expect it to.
Maybe I'll figure it out some day.
Thanks again for your help.
