Account color and outlook popup

Don't know if I should ask for help on two topics in one post or not, but here goes.
EPIM Pro 11.8.4
1) Recently, when retrieving (CTRL/SHIFT/V) mail, I get a popup requesting I log in to a Microsoft outlook account (not the app, but outlook.com). I have two outlook.com accounts associated with EPIM and both work perfectly. How do I get rid of the popup?

2) I have 3 email accounts associated with EPIM. On one, in Calendar view, I have the color set to gray, . . . initially. A few times a day it changes to the same color as "Holidays" on its own. I'm manually changing it back to gray (right click on the account, select color, OK). Very annoying. How do I change the color and get it to stick?

1. This has been resolved in the Beta version of EPIM 12.0. Feel free to send me a private message on the forum if you would like to try out the new version, and I will provide you with a download link.
