That button is shown in the top of the displayed settings window.
In Portuguese it is translated as "Abrir", which you have in your text and is also shown as "Abrir" in the button in the top of the notifications section.
I have added an extra explanation for that in the Dutch file and saw an extra explanation also in the German language file.

I am sorry Peter, but in my EPIM Pro I don´'t have that 'Open' button in any language...

It's only available on Windows 10 and newer versions due to the changes in notifications that Microsoft introduced starting with Windows 10.

Hello,

There are two missing translations.
Portuguese (Portugal) User Interface, Email, left panel, right click Spam, choose 'Empty Spam', opens a confirmation dialogue, and observe both buttons, Yes and No, are in English.
