BUG: mouse wheel scrolling in Contacts' notes scrolls in fields, not in notes

Hi,

the newest, 12 pro business,
Win 10 x64.

Bug is in the old db open in 12, as well as in the new db just created.

Steps:
in Contacts enter any contact with a bit longer note, just to trigger scroll bar,
place cursor in the note,
try to scroll using mouse wheel,
no scrolling in the note,
cursor scrolls through record's fields though.

Plus there is something I can't catch and reproduce but related to the above:
once awhile when I start typing in the record's note, even if I placed cursor in the right place = in the note, I type in a (random?) contact's field.

Kind of early beta bug type.

I put a cursor in the note, and cannot scroll through it because by design I should be able to freely scroll through fields only?

You should be able to scroll through the note, of course. Please create a short video demonstrating the issue so we can ensure we're on the same page regarding it.

Dear admin, cannot now, installed Pro 11.8.4 and looking for Pro Business.
Once i receive links from the support to 12 portable Pro Business, and 11.8.4 network install file, I will show it.

Yes, did it, thanks, there was something wrong with restoring backup process.

You should be able to scroll through the note, of course. Please create a short video demonstrating the issue so we can ensure we're on the same page regarding it.

Got it, here it is, the cursor is all the time in the note, and I scroll the wheel, look where the cursor moves.

Please note that there is also (menioned above) hard to reproduce but repetitive issue with:

cursor in the contact note,
start typing,
the text appears in a field in which (invisibly) cursor was placed, even if a user placed it in the note.

As the first issue, with scrolling, is only about inconvenience, the latter just described (and related I think) is critical:
one can type over a string in a field, and it might be irreversible.

I believe you should have a closer look at both issues together.
