EPIM not connected to WLAN-Network

Post by r-epim »

Hi,

since yesterday evening I can not sync my database with my
PC anymore.
The reason seems to be Android EPIM does not show the local
WLAN-Network name anymore. The WLAN connection however
is ok for all other apps on the phone. Is seems just EPIM lost connection
to the WLAN.
The EPIM version is EPIM PRO 6.0.17.

With a second Android Phone with the same SW version it still
works.

Does anybody have an idea what is going wrong?

Thanks

Please check if using the "Connect manually" option works for you.

Thanks for answer.

This is what I normally do if I have sync problems. But this time without success.
If WLAN is unknown for EPIM , then this can not work anyway. Am I right?

I now try to remove EPIM Android and reinstall it again.

Not necessarily. Could you please share a screenshot of the PC Sync window so we can better understand the situation? Also, would disabling and then re-enabling Wi-Fi have any effect?

Thanks again for your answer.

I'm sorry, I was too quick. I already reinstalled the EPIM App and it works
again without problems.
For the case I notice the same behavior again, I'll do what you proposed.

Disable and enable Wifi had no effect.

Thank you.
