Random Error Messages since the last release

Some on notes, but mostly on emails. The error pops up but the program continues to function.

I've sent a few to EPIM support

This is an example (cut, of course)

Exception class: EAccessViolation
Exception message: Access violation at address 0098A203 in module 'EssentialPIM.exe'. Read of address 00000000.
Exception address: 0098A203


Anyone else getting these? Happening several times a day on mail now.

I use Notes heavily every day, but don't use the Email module because I use Microsoft Outlook. In v12.0.2, particularly during searches, the Notes module had been freezing sporadically, but there were no error popups. I reverted back to V12.0.1 several days ago, and I have no problems with Notes at all. I use Win11 Pro, latest updates.

I've been getting this error every time I open an email ever since the latest upgrade.
I have a did post on here BUT have had zero response from admin, although I think they have quoted my call to another person with a similar call.

We attempted to fix the error in Mail in the new build available for download here: https://www.essentialpim.com/download/t ... Pro120.exe.

You can download, install it, and we would appreciate it if you could let us know whether it works as expected without errors for you.

Hi Admin and all
I have downloaded and installed the latest build and it appears to have fixed the issue, no more access violation errors.

Note I did not uninstall the installed version I simply allowed this build to overwrite.

Admin, I downloaded and installed the special error fix v12.0.2 today to see if it will address my EPIM freezing during Note searches issue. The error in the original v12.0.2 showed up after several days of using EPIM, so if you don't hear back from me by 7-14-2024, then it can be concluded that the error fix worked for my issue (I will try to remember to report back definitively by then if I can).
