To confuse things further ...
ALL 3 ACCTS - PREVIEW - is READ-able...
My EPIM Hotmail Acct shows -- ALL WHITE -- in Other Folders Message Body & ... Black in INBOX....
Wife's -- at bellsouth.net -- actually had TWO Readable msg bodies, ONE Sirius/XM email was Black, and All others were Solid White...
Gmail shows -- All WHITE -- in Msg Body.

Thank you, everyone, for sharing the message numbers with us. Just to clarify, are you experiencing issues specifically with viewing email messages in the separate preview window? Is everything functioning correctly in the message list? Your feedback is greatly appreciated.

Yes, this issue of a blank screen is happening in the separate fullscreen window mode of viewing an email.

The issue of the small preview window not populating in the "message list" appears to have been rectified.

7/20 96 Emails ... 8.6 MB ... 49.61 MB DB
ABOVE is true for 7/19 and earlier mail ....
TODAY 7/20 .... PREVIEW is now BLANK ..... and (INBOX) All Message Bodies are WHITE Vs prior Hotmail being BLACK.

EDIT: Closed app & returned .... ONE Hotmail Preview is Visible but as I clk other emails the ... Preview is STUCK on that first viewed Email.
EDIT: Behavior changes with each Close - Open (ie) on the 4th Open - ALL 3 ACCTS -- PREVIEW is READable for ALL Mail ...but Dbl Clk produces - BLACK Msg Body IF WHITE was seen Prior and WHITE If Black was prior. One bellsouth.net Dbl Clk showed Readable Message Body.

For me the versions 12.00, 12.01, 02, 03 were faulty in email module. But 12.04 runs perfect!
I tried all decribed cases but emails are shown perfectly.

I use EPIM portable on Win 8.1 and only POP3 accounts- but even an IMAP testaccount shows emails correct. The only bug I have too is importing an .eml email with double-click. But importing this .eml works normaly too.

I have 21714 emails total in two accounts.

I am having this problem also. Body of email is not showing, even after waiting a long time. I can click "reply" however and then the body shows up.
Using portable version 12.04
Was having this issue with the last 2 versions also.

Hi,

As people have said, if you go fullscreen (Which is my default choice) then the emails aren't visible.

When you double click to return to non-full screen then I can see the text

I have the same problem since version 12.0.4 prof.,
but if i select in the e-mail view "Ansicht" and click "Tags feld" then this mail is correct displayed. But i must do this with each mail.

To help us troubleshoot the email issue, please answer the following questions:

- Does the issue occur with all emails, or only with certain messages? If it only affects specific messages, please save a couple of them as EML files and forward them to us.
- Does the issue happen in the message list, the separate preview window (after double-clicking) or both?

Every email.

Fullscreen doesn't work, if I come out of expanded (Full screen Email) then I can see the messages

If not, try changing the size of the separate mail preview window where message contents aren't currently shown. Will that make the contents visible?

It shows 12.0.4 ... Am i Correct that IF it were a modified version of the 12.0.4 we've already installed you'd show a ... 4a or 5 ??
My 12.0.4 Blank Msg Body issues are different but I'm trying anything new....

I don't know if this helps or not, but when the issue occurs, if you click on "View/Encoding" of the full screen email there is no encoding selected. If you click on an encoding choice such as one of the Unicodes (UTF), then the message populates. But has to be done with each message you open.

CraigS26, that is correct, the version number remains as 12.0.4 since that's the version the build is derived from.
