email subject empty

Found a few topics on this, but none solved my problem.
EPIM 12.1 / W11
Lately, all email subject bodies are empty. I've uninstalled/installed EPIM, removed added email addresses (we have 3), yet emails to all 3 accts have empty subject.
I read one post stating encoding was wrong, but no answer which encoding to use.

Please save one of the email messages without a subject as an EML file and forward it to us.

The message is displayed correctly on our end. If you try importing the same message into a new test mail folder for instance, will it display properly?

As it turns out, last night I checked email and the problem magically disappeared. Working well. I'll watch it 2-3 days and see if it reappears.

It's back. Four email accounts, all with empty subjects. I've changed nothing.

On my side I had a totally different issue, and deleting the mal account in EPIM and setting up the mail account again, made the issue disappear, as setup data of mail provider had changed. Will this help in your case as well?
Everything I mention comes out of my experience. I'm not an expert. Feel free to try anything I suggest ... but always at your own risk.

I have 4 email accounts in EPIM - 2 outlook, 1 gmail, 1 company specific. All 4 are missing email body. I doubt all 3 providers changes setup data withing 1-2 weeks

So are you referring to email subjects or email bodies? Also, what is the message synchronization type? You can check this by clicking the "Manage Folders" button on the toolbar. Additionally, please provide the EPIM version and build number.

Apologies, I placed "subject" in the title. Meant email body.
Checked "Manage Folder." Had to add it to the Toolbar. Everything set to "Headers." Changed that and now emails open perfectly.
How did "Manage Folders" change to "Headers." I didn't know that was an option.
