Pesky Send/Receive Window
Does that send/receive window bug the wholly Bjesus out of you to ? Why they don't add an option to hide it all the time is beyond me but since it really bugged me, I found a work around for anyone that is interested.
Download 4t Tray Minimizer, I use CNET since they are a trusted download site
https://download.cnet.com/4t-tray-minim ... 79431.html
After installation you will have a second minimize button on the send / receive window which will minimize it to the quick launch tray area where it will stay unless you click it to bring it back up.

Re: Pesky Send/Receive Window
The Send/Receive window is only displayed when there’s an error during the send or receive process. It should not appear during routine checks for new mail.
The good news is that in the next major EPIM update, likely version 12.2, the separate Send/Receive window will remain hidden even in the event of an error (though you’ll still be able to access it from the status bar).

Android version of EssentialPIM. Keep all your data in sync!
Re: Pesky Send/Receive Window
That has not been my experience. Every time I do a send/receive that window pops up and not just when I do a manual send/receive but when ever it is triggered by the time setting as well, but no matter, the fix I outlined works beautifully.
