You're unable to delete the contact groups due to an error, which will be addressed in the upcoming release.

This issue is likely a leftover from one of the legacy versions that may still be installed on your PC.

New dialog boxes appear suddenly and cannot be predicted, but other errors when they occur can be played back.
Right now, I have played back two videos, according to the attached files, which show that the programs simply refuse to work.

Have you already tried the latest version 12.1.2? Will you experience the same issues with this new version? If so, please test it with a new database and let us know if the problems persist.

I have already tried with 4.5 new databases and after a while the same problem occurs. I have also protected the database with code but that does not help either.
