Make Appointment appear at today day till delete?!

hi admin, community,
need to have the appointment showing at actual day till delete and/or change!
any way to do it?
or need new extra feature?

This feature is available for tasks. Ensure the Float checkbox is enabled when creating or editing a task (this will only work if a due date/time is set).

please make it also in appointments!
i need it there to as use tasks and appointments fluently or better said:
if i want to see it in the middle in todaysview i set appointment, but some less important overhead had to stay at today, so move automatically a day forward!
other user has the case with tasks, but as i need to see some in the appointment section, so need the floating there!

Why not create a floating task and set it to appear in the Calendar?
