Better Task Overview and Sorting. What's Your System?

how do you make tasklist more / better overview?
i have only normal list, which is not really good overview!
i need your ideas / tips!

AJ, you have asked a very broad question. Can you add some details about how your tasks are set up and what you are trying to do? Are they in a hierarchy?

not really use any sorting or hierarchy, just . and _ before some to push them (more) on top.
my idea is to try to manage only from the todays module, to not jump between so much modes.
for sorting and hierarchy i could use any info and example, screenshot of an example, your way or recommendation, would be nice. example with undercategories or how do you say, would be nice.
first idea would be 'timers' to group and pin on top or sort on top. i use also for precisely timers instead of manual in oven.
or 'urgent' or 'important and put it as second and third object, to group them or do you say tree?
apriciate any tips...
just got idea for pin option if not yet there!

i conclude, i need 2nd or 3rd task list for better use and overview.
and only very few category/title over the tasks.
is it possible to show them in task list?

would like to make like hierarchy...
like tree or how it's called?
hopefully can sort it also by mouse and...
add soon 2nd maybe 3rd list in epimtoday
