EPIM can not open "new" file.

Post by ChenJeffrey »

Hi,

I installed a new version and found I could not use "pro" features.
I noticed that my license is overdue.
I tried to revert to the old version but failed to open it.
When I open EPIM, it shows me some error messages as the file attached.
Please advise me of how to proceed with the conversion.

Thank you.

Locate the file with "backup_convert" in its name located in the folder where your original database file is stored. This is a backup of your EssentialPIM file created before the database was updated to the new version. To revert to the previous version, you can use this file and open it with the prior version of EssentialPIM. To do so, remove the .bak extension from the file name and then open it in the previous version of EssentialPIM by going to File -> Open.
Android version of EssentialPIM. Keep all your data in sync!
