Contact as a combination of existing contacts
Hi
want to create a new contact that automatically produces a "To" and a "Cc" in a mail, when using that contact.
Possible?
Thx

I'm not entirely sure I understand your request. Could you please elaborate further on the feature and its context? Thanks!

Re: Contact as a combination of existing contacts
Ok, I will try ...
Want to create a mail. This mail I want to adress to an existing contact and also to two more contacts via the Cc-field, so that the mail will be sent to 3 adressees. The combination of this three contacts always is the same.
As I have to do this several times a month, it would be useful just to select the main-contact for the To-field and the two extra adressees in the Cc-field will be added automatically.
So to say, some kind of an adress list to which the mail will go.
Does this make it more clear?
Thx.

Re: Contact as a combination of existing contacts
In Outlook, for example, it is possible to create a contact list, i.e. a group with x contacts.
You can then write an email to this group. Do you mean something like this?

Re: Contact as a combination of existing contacts
You can create contact groups in EPIM, as well. Alternatively, you can set up a template email with the necessary addresses and use it whenever you need to send them a message.

Re: Contact as a combination of existing contacts
Still trying, but donot quite get it ...
How do I choose a contact group to send a mail to, in the dialog when creating a new mail? Wanting to choose a single adress is easy, I just beginn to type and will have all the corresponding adresses displayed to choose from. How can I fill in a complete contact group, which will then be replaced by the adresses of the group.
Of course I can use the To-field to choose the group, but would be much easier to choose the group in the mail directly.
Thx.
