Removing tags from a note.

Post by VictorParkerPIM »

If I have several Notes tagged with the same tag and you need to remove the tag from one of the notes, the best way to do it is:
In the tag field (back space the Tag & left Click in the workspace of the Note)
If you don't click in the note workspace it is not removed.

i try to use notes more. thx
i got idea to quick create notes directly from the proposed 'desktop clock as control center'.
i hope it comes in one of the next major updates, as first draft, or better i get into betateam to help.
we could just start directly with adding the desktop clock and first few icons/buttons, or make it custom addable.
it could be great to may fix the reminder window to show directly under it, as its my focuse area.
the clock need to be movable and activable background like ttclock.
thx

VictorParkerPIM,
so doesnt it work anymore/ any way?
i will have to take a look on notes and how to make it quick.
now i miss a sidebar for that, besides the calendar and tasks sidebar.
i think if one could search for notes with a particular age limit, maybe as advanced search, maybe even allready there.
but the quicker view and creation in a sidebar in epimtoday has prio, and maybe to can set filter for shown notes in there, like timespan.

If I have several Notes tagged with the same tag and you need to remove the tag from one of the notes, the best way to do it is:
In the tag field (back space the Tag.

The problem is still in the Ver. 12.2.0 Beta1(1036)
I found that if you pulled up several notes with the same Tag and you see one that don't need that Tag.
The one you don't need tagged, back the tag name out of the Tags Field with the Back Spacer.
If you go to another Note before the Search field is cleared the tag is removed from the note.
It's when you clear the search field before you move off of the note is when the tag is not removed.

it was good i asked him to explain, as he was shy to point it exactly, as it was unclear what exactly he means and somehow overseen, like quite few of my improvements without any/a short response.
happy to help!
