task with serial appointments or recuring?

i have no idea how task with serial appointments or recuring could be done or possible?
the other point would be to show the included checkboxes points of it directly, hope possible.
i hope we possibly have short video tutorial on that, i dont really get it in the help file.
sometime you dont get the point without video.

the help is kind very on sufrace and is kinda for pro users, not going with a word of explanation to child or silbing.
its not beginer oriented. its at least on that point like look up for pros.
