Adjustable Fontsize in calendar app
I would really appreciate if it was possible to set a user-defined fontsize in the calendar (EPIM Adroid App).

Re: Adjustable Fontsize in calendar app
Thank you for the suggestion. If you haven't already, you can try adjusting the text size in the system options to make it bigger. By increasing the text size at the system level, it should also affect the font size in EssentialPIM, making it larger and easier to read. Give it a try and see if it helps improve your experience with Android EPIM.

Re: Adjustable Fontsize in calendar app
Hello, thank you for your answer. I have already increased the text size in my system options, but I cannot increase it more, because the text size increases everywhere and so some texts are cut off at the end of the text or are cut off at the last text line. It would be great if it was possible to adjust the text size only in EPIM. Maybe in a future version
Kind regards

Hello,
I wanted to ask if you are planning an feature for adjusting the text size? Can I hope?
Adjusting the text size in the app would be really helpful for me, especially in the calender view is the text so tiny!
Kind regards
Ivy

Unfortunately, we wouldn't be able to provide an ETA at the moment. However, this feature is in the plans for implementation.

Re: Adjustable Fontsize in calendar app
Hi, more than a year later my old eyes are stil very unhappy with the small font size in EPIM calender.
I wanted to ask if an option to individually set the font size in the calendar is in sight?

Re: Adjustable Fontsize in calendar app
As you can see, there hasn't been significant interest in this option so far, which is why it is not currently a top priority.

Re: Adjustable Fontsize in calendar app
not sure if you can use something like strg + '+' or use a zoom or magnifying glass on android.
but if you need so much bigger that you mess up text, you should better check your eyes, as it could end in blindness if you oversee some eye problem.

Re: Adjustable Fontsize in calendar app
Hi AJ, thanks you for your hint, I already use android accessibility (or however this is called in english), when I want to have a quick look on my calendar while I'm not wearing my reading glasses.
By the way, I get my eyes controlled each year and 2.0 dptr is not such a strong visual handicap, but the fontsize in the calendar app is really tiny.
But I see, that there hasn't been much interest in this suggestion, so I will maybe suggest just so increase the fontsize a litte. Not individually adjustable. In all other android EPIM modules the text size is bigger...

Re: Adjustable Fontsize in calendar app
its a problem to increase as standard, as it would propably nerve many users who have much appt, as they wouldnt get much preview.
sorry not having better news.

Re: Adjustable Fontsize in calendar app
Yes, that's right. You can't change it, when people are used to the actual size.
Some time ago I placed a suggenstion to add an option to sync EPIM calendar to android system calendar (like there's the option to sync EPIM contacts to android system contacrs, which I use).
Because then I could have seen my appointments in another app. The app "acalendar" is the app I used when I still worked with outlook. It's a great calendar app with adjustable font size and many more features. It has also wunderful widgets, much better than AEPIM.
But my suggestion seemed to get not much interest...
