Can not sync after installing Windows 10

Hi, I have just reinstalled Windows 10 on my PC (a full format and install) and now can not sync with my Android Samsung mobile. I did not have a problem before I reinstalled Windows. I connect with a USB cable and and use 'Connect Manually' on my mobile. I get the message 'Unable to connect. Check firewall settings on your PC'. I have set the Firewall to allow EPim through, I have also disabled the firewall to see if that works but it does not. I assume it is either a setting on my PC or something on EPim I need to change, I have downloaded EPim Free 12.2.2. All help will be appreciated, thanks.

All sorted and working. There was a setting on my mobile saying 'Use last known IP'. I un-ticked this and it is now working. Thanks.
