Sync EPIM Android with Google Calendar

Should be easy, but I can't find the answer. I have EPIM W11 syncing with Google calendar. How do I sync EPIM Android with Google Calendar?

In the Calendar module of AEPIM, click the button with the three vertical dots and select "Sync with Google".

Don't have that. All I have is "PC Sync."
I can go to Settings>Google Calendar Sync and select it. On the EPIM calendar screen, above the calendar (under DAY WEEK WEEK AGENDA MONTH), I see some lights moving away from the center of the screen. After that, nothing has changed.

There's no PC Sync option available in that menu. Please see to the screenshot below:

Nope. No such option. See my attachment. I can select "Sync Now." Looks like it's updating, but no updates appear when finished.

Sync Now indicates that synchronization has already been set up, so it should work as expected. If it doesn't, try disabling synchronization and then re‑enabling it from the app settings.

Did that. No change. I even uninstalled/reinstalled. Worse, after the apparent sync of AEPIM, it isn't even close to the calendars on WEPIM or Google. As an example, on WEPIM and Google Calendar, I have 2 appts on NOV. 24, 1 on NOV 25, 1 on DEC 1 and DEC 2, 3 on DEC 4. On AEPIM, I have 1 appt on NOV 24 and 1 on DEC 4. I have a number of weeks on AEPIM with no appts, while WEPIM and Google Calendar show appts every week. A-N-N-N-N-D a Drs appt on SEP 11 listed every THURS into eternity.
All I want id for WEPIM and AEPIM to sync with Google Calendar. Or, AEPIM and Google calendar to sync with WEPIM. As long as all 3 sync.

How can we reproduce the issue on our side? Please provide a detailed list of steps for all three sides, including creating a test event, synchronizing it and observing the resulting behavior.

First, I've attached a weekly calendar from WEPIM (EPIMW), AEPIM (EPIMA), and Google calendar (EPIMG). WEPIM is set to sync with Google Calendar. AEPIM is set to "Google calendar Sync." screenshots taken 1st thing this AM so all 3 calendars have had time to sync for 10+ hours.
As a side note, and going on the colors beginning under "Week Agenda" and moving outwards,AEPIM takes 5-7 minutes to sync.

Thank you, but that doesn't address my initial question. How exactly can we reproduce the issue? For example, if you create a test event and then synchronize it across all platforms, will it sync correctly? If not, please provide a detailed step‑by‑step list of actions so we can replicate the behavior on our side.

Here is what I know, but first, I have four categories I’ll uncreatively refer to as A,B,C,D. WEPIM and AEPIM are set to sync with GC. I created appts in WEPIM, AEPIM, and Google calendar (GC) for all 4 categories. Two more things. AEPIM. On the AEPIM screen the “sync” lights are on/visible about half the time I’m using the app. WEPIM. When syncing, it ‘sticks’ on ‘syncing Contacts’ for 1-2 hours.

Appts created in AEPIM. Those same appts appear perfectly in WEPIM and GC.
Appts created in GC. Those appts appear perfectly in WEPIM. Never appear in AEPIM.
Appts created in WEPIM. Those appts appear perfectly in GC. Never appear in AEPIM.
When deleting appts . . .
I deleted appts created on WEPIM while inside WEPIM and appts created on GC while inside GC. 2 hours later and all appts created on GC are still visible on WEPIM. 2 hours later and all appoints created on WEPIN are still visible on GC.

Beginning yesterday, any appt I add to AEPIM doesn't get to WEPIM or Google Calendar.

Did that. AEPIM now shows 5 Christmas events for '25, Columbus Day every month in '24, and a quarterly event 2x a day every day from yesterday to eternity. WEPIM and Google Calendar show no such events. well, they show Christmas and Columbus day, but on the correct day and only once.
