I use a field "Event of Acquaintance" for my contacts. It is to help me remind myself how I met a contact. Often a lot of my contacts are associated with the same event of acquaintance - e.g. the classmates. Then I have to type it over and over again. Does EssentialPIM have an option like autocomplete or sth like that so I do not type the same thing many times?

You can copy contact and paste it in the main view- i.e you can clone contacts which have fields pre- filled.

Certainly, but autocomplete would be faster.

And which fields should be used for autocomplete? I mean which fields should store that data?
One for each?

This should be an additional feature where you can extract automatically instead of simply copying and pasting.
