Need to force EPIM to replace DB on Mobile
My EssentialPIM / EPIM Synchronizer / HotSync version: 2.7
My EssentialPIM edition: EssentialPIM Pro
How do you force EPIM to replace contacts and calendar during ActiveSync. The data in EPIM V.2.7 is correct. I have the conflict resolution set to Always replace the item on my device. And each time I sync the all info in EPIM is replaced with what is on my mobile unit (which is blank no data). Thanks.

Please create a new EPIM database and copy-paste all your info from the existing database into the new one, then synchronize. This should do the trick. Thanks.
