chinese character error

can anybody help me?
I have a problem in using email.
If the email inculds chinese characters ,they are all appears in "????" form or they will be garbled.
can anybody solve this problem?

I got same problem.
Even I set encoding to UTF-8, it still show "?????".
Any body has solution for it ?

EPIM does not have support for Chinese characters in the email yet.
We hope to add it within a month.
