Hello John,

can you please try one thing- Login as SYSDBA, go to Tools-> User Management and uncheck the checkboxes against usernames and put them back. Then try to login with one of the users.

Hi, Max.

Thanks for your usual, quick reply!

Sorry, this didn't work. I tried it by simply unchecking, then rechecking, closing, and reopening. Then I tried unchecking, saving, and exiting - then going back in, rechecking, saving, and exiting, then re-entering. Then, I did all of this and rebooted both machines. No help. There is a nice, long pause after unchecking, so it appears that something is happening, but whatever is going it, it hasn't helped.

Waiting for further instructions...

-John

I've just re-downloaded the program (EssentialPIM 3.2 Release Candidate 24/11/09 13:07 Pro Portable) and it is still zapping tasks/appointments in the Schedule for the current month at least (repeating tasks appear to be OK for some reason). It looks like it only allows you to enter one new task and zaps the rest.

The date of the file should be 25.11. Probably you are getting a cached file. Other users confirmed the update fixed the problem.

with the new version ( 24 nov) when you are on "EPIM Today" and click on " add note" , it's impossible , and I this message appears : "classTTnTabControl not Found" :(
????
however, I really enjoy Essential PIM !

thanks !
A similar story here:
- right-clicking on a node in the Notes tree an then on Edit brings the same "classTTnTabControl not Found" message. Perhaps a lost dependency?
- Also, it is impossible to revert to the previous Epim version, because trying to open the *.epim file in an older version after it has been opend in the 3.2 brings up the "Format '%d' invalid or incompatible with argument" alert. The silent update on 25.11 did not alter anything. Has something been changed in the format to makle it incompatible with the older versions?

Are you printing envelopes or labels?

I just tried, it works fine. Please post a screenshot demonstrating how you try to enter the field and tell what happens.
