Calendar, Month View: Too Small On Tablet

Post by Nurgotora »

Epim Android 3.0.5
Android 4.1.2; Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1 (n8000); Screen 1280x800

The month view is not using all available space, seems condensed, and is almost unreadable:

Confirm, as well as the Week view which are both require some optimization for tablets. Will try to address this in one of the nearest versions.

Week View looks fine to me.
Any news?

PS: I'd love to see Palm's condensed view implemented for both day and week on Desktop and Android: You might remember?, compressing the view (by adjusting the grid intelligently) so that the first and last event of the day(s) would always be both visible?

Optimization for tablets is in the plans but cannot promise quick implementation.

As for the condensed view, could you please share a screenshot?

With pleasure! Welcome back to the (maybe) future!

You see what they did: The Palm intelligently hides unused parts of the grid, so that (as far as possible) all events would fit on the screen. (Having just 160x160 pixel to play with begets interesting ideas, right?).
