Sync Problem with Todo

Hallo,

I use EPIM Portable in the version 5.8 pro portable on PC and the "pro" on android. (Both German.)

I enconter problems with sync of todos, it interupts now.

It tell me:

Status Fortschritt
Access violation at address
OOE8BED1 in module
‘EssentialPlM.exe’. Read of address 00000050

I enclose the extended log.

I remember doing 2 things don't do normally on android, between the last successful sync and the permanent failure I have now.:

1. I try sync with google account but after I see a double entry I deactivate it again.
2. I create a nested (hierarchical todo) in on list and change the list to the other.

Any Idea how I can get sync running again?

Thanks for the log file. Could you please enable the extensive logging feature under Tools->Options->Synchronization, try to sync again and if the same error message occurs, forward us the updated log file? Thanks!

Hallo,
the log file was done using the "erweiterte Log ausgabe" which should be extended Logfile.
A Failure occure using 1 way syncronisation too. ( I just tried it.) It generate a bug report, with more information, which I send to the Error mailbox.

The log file you attached previously wasn't an extended one. We would like to see an extended version of it. Thanks.

yes you are right I pick the wrong one.

However, in the meantime I use the android Todo, add new tasks and find one Task as sub task(nested list) and direct below it the same task one level higher(top level). I have only two levels.)
I delete it and in the evening synchronization works. May this help.

When I look into the extended Error log I notice that it list all E-Mail-adresses, despite EPIM for Android isn't a Email client, therefore I don't publish it here.
