Epim Archiver 5.8 Error

Hi everyone.
I tying to archive all my emails by saving them in another database and I getting this error:
validation error for column IDCONDITION, value"***null***"
I using Epim Pro 5.82 and Archive/Dupe remover 5.8
Please help

Please post a screenshot of your File-> Database management window. Also, did you create a new database in EPIM 5.82, or...?

Looks like this might be related to deleted emails. See below.

Can you try to delete emails in deleted items and run this again as a work around? Image

Yes I created a new database in EPIM 5.82.
Here is my File-> Database management window
epim data.jpg
I deleted emails in deleted items but its not helping...
I also tried Archive my emails with database connected and not connected to Dropbox...

Hello,

looks like your database is corrupted. Please upload it to some file service (e.g. DropBox) and send the link to the file with a link to this topic to ma@essentialpim... - we will then try to fix the database.

If I send it to you, how long its may take to fix it?
Also my database is encrypted, so do you need my password as well?

I ask this questions because I'am heavy user of EPIM and I changing my database every day, and there are lots of very important and personal data...

I think we can do it within 24 hours on working days, 48 at most (if possible to fix your database at all)
