separate calendar / contacts?

Post by paul.blitz »

Are there any plans to have separate Calendars / Contacts for ios, like there is now in Android? I want to keep my EPIM data separate from anything on the phone...

Hello,

so far we have no certain roadmap for this, as iOS has smaller userbase (at least among EPIM users) and we have to prioritize our efforts.

Hello,
my suggestion would be the same, but i could live with a step between: Can I just sync calendar and todo, and not contacts? if not could that be done?
thanks

When you create iOS synchronization, you can select which modules you want to synchronize. Hope that was your question.

Thanks for your reply. The Problem as i see it is, that at the first start of the app i have to allow epim to have access to contacts which i have to avoid because these are bussiness contacts i dont want to mix up with other ones.

Yes, this is the case. You can allow EssentialPIM for iOS access to your contacts. But when creating synchronization in Desktop EssentialPIM, just do not synchronize the Contacts.

Is there something new about it? I would also like to have EPIM in a "bubble".
No access to anything on the iphone. Just my EPIM-Database on iphone.

Thx. Alex.

Hello,
currently this is still not possible. We do not have this feature in the nearest plans.
