Sync Problems: Error "Synchronisation failed. Error info saved in file". Or: Hanging in contacts sync

I hope that I'm in the correct forum - if not, I'm sorry!

I am a all-in-all very happy user of EPIM (as a Pro user for 2 years, but meanwhile out of lincence period), for me EPIM is the tool on PC, I'm with it since PC-version 3.XX. My wife, too!
And I like the sync function with my two android devices. (I use Calendar, Contacts, Notes modules (all three syncing); ToDos, Password manager (not syncing)

But since some months I got several sync problems (sync via WiFi): First, when sync (both ways -> <- ), there are much questions that some entry have been changed on PC and Android device - which isn't correct. OK, not the biggest problem.
But recently I bought a new device replacing my old mobile phone, and I got plenty sync problems. For example: After sync, the trash bin on PC is full of (40+!) deleted entries (calendar, contact). Or: Some calendar entries where doubled and tripled in calendar.

After a complete deletion of the Android apps new sync and deleting the sync datas in PC-version, now my biggest problem is the cancellation of sync process and the error message: "Synchronisation failed. Error info saved in file". That occures in both Android devices. I deleted and re-installed EPIM for android - same bad result.
Or, sometimes sync process hangs in the first beginning of the first syncing module 'contacts'.
My PC Version is 6.58. At this time, for me there's no need to switch to V7.xx. I havent time to take a deeper look at it, and for now I do not needed anything else.

What can I do? For me it's OK again becoming a actual Pro user. I only hope to get synced my devices.

I have probably the same problem with 6.58 and 4.2.3 on Android via WLAN.

kiro, please enable the extensive logging feature in Tools->Options->Synchronization, then run synchronization again, wait till there's an error message and forward me (via PM here in the forum) the latest log file (it can be found here: C:\Users\Your_Windows_Username\AppData\Roaming\EssentialPIM Pro\Logs). An error log from your Android device (the one you get the "Synchronization failed. Error info saved in file" message about) would also be helpful.

Where does this log reside on Android?

Sorry, but I [now kiro ] cannot find the log file. Please, what is its name?! And 'root' means the main path, yes?!

Same for me. No such file on the SD card or the system memory root folder.

Some more information on the sync steps. When I open the app and start syncing, there appears after a short while a message window with "Synchronization failed -Error info saved in file - ok". In the Sync status window of Win 7 there is the status message "No client connected". No file is found in the SD card root folder.
Now, when pressing repeat, the app searches for devices and now finds the PC. When I click on the PC device button, it shows the sync window and the status connected. On the PC status window there is now "Syncing contacts", but the progress bar is not moving. Here the sync is stuck. I stop the process manually and will send the log file.

kiro, EssentialKURT when you see the message "Synchronization failed -Error info saved in file" it also shows you the path to the saved log file. The file's name shoud start with "EPIMSyncErrorLog_xxxxxxxxx".
Please note, we'd need a log file from Win EPIM, as well.

Update: Guys, got Win EPIM log files from you, thank you! Now waiting for the log files from Android EPIM.

Sorry to say that I wasn't able to find any EPIM log file on both Android devices. I restartet the sync process again - after short time the same error massage as before "Synchronization failed - Error info saved in file". BUT: There _wasn't_ any information shown about the save path of an error log file. I've searched using a 'explorer'-app, where I can search just for parts of the file name. There seems to be no such file at all.
Probably/Hopefully the Win log file is enough?!?

Not quite.. Although, will try to fix the problem with what we have in the next minor update, 4.2.4 version.

Sorry, no such file on both devices. I've searched for anything with "epim" and for all .txt files also, without luck.
