Hmm. I've just my HD2 to 1.66 (from 1.48) and I can no longer get EPIM to connect. Activesync works, EasySync works, MyMobileR doesn't work.

I've tried all but the most long-winded solution outlined here.

You should try the 3-rd method. It has been proven as the most effectvie one. Thanks!

I'd already tried 1,2 and 3 before I posted - it was the fourth option I really didn't fancy!

The details are hazy now as it was very late last night, but method 3, for some reason that my memory has erased because it was such a nightmare, caused me to either restore a backup, or re-flash and restore the backup. Anyway, after all that it didn't work, and it definitely wasn't working this morning.

But it's working now :-))

What did I do? I rebooted my XP machine this evening. Wasn't expecting that!

Thanks for your response, BTW.

Hi,

it is not possible, unless you have a 3.51 backup. EPIM makes backups automatically, so maybe you have this one.

You type your notes in English in EPIM, there's no Unicode in them?

I type my notes in Hungarian with with codepage windows-1250.
Wint english notes is same problem.
After backuping my notes i deletet all notes.
Making 1 new note:
name: n1
content: note 1
After syncronizing in PDA the same problem. In EPIM note readable, in PDA "n1" is OK, but content only many "?" character.
The problem is new with version: EPIM portable 3.7
The syncronization problem only with notes.
