How due you make a recurring event, such as Labor Day?

Does it have a specific recurrence pattern?
Android version of EssentialPIM. Keep all your data in sync!

Yes, the first Monday of September. There's also others, i.e., the third Thursday of November

The desktop version allows for these type of recurring events. Just make the android version the same.

Yes, we plan to. Meanwhile you can create these type of events in Windows EPIM and then sync with Android EPIM. The appointments should be able to recur correctly on Android even though you cannot create such a pattern in Android EPIM Calendar, yet.
