Can't synch iPad

Post by Gbs »

EPIM Pro portable 5.55

iOS version 9 iPad, Windows 7 Laptop: both on the same home wireless network.
Previously synch'd with Android tablet no problems this now replaced with iPad.

Unsynch'd Android. Followed synch sequence for iPad on PC, selected only Contacts and Calendar (not passwords) then 'downloaded ios epim and started app.

Screen appeared telling me to go into iPad privacy settings and allow epim access to Contacts and Calendar. Checked privacy settings, Calendar had identified epim and enabled access, but Contacts did not list epim at all.

There is no way to get past this epim screen to complete synch setup. Help!

An update my previous e-mail: I also upgraded to Epim Pro 7 on my Windows Desktop when I acquired the iPad. I have just tried my old Android Tablet and it synchs perfectly with Epim Pro 7 from the desktop, but the iPad still wont.

I cured my Sync problems on my IPhone by deleting the Epim App and using something else!!!

Hello,

it would be good to get a screenshot of what you exactly see on the iPad. Also, please go over this list:
