In past versions it was easy to attache files to an outgoing email using drag and drop. In the current version (7.13 Pro) this is no longer working. Why is this convenient feature gone? Any workaround?

what happened to this function? It is not working in Pro 8.1. Can't drop an item within the new mail windows. The only way is to use the open dialog - that's really bad. A lack in productivity.

Please restart EPIM, that should fix it.

On my V8.1 it works without problems.

Still not working. So, how to do it exactly? I restarted EPIM Pro. Go to E-Mail. Click on New Mail. Drag a file from desktop and go with the mouse over the window of the new mail. But on every part of this window the mouse-icon looks like "not possible". Even if I drop the file nothing happens.

Unfortunately at the moment I do not have a screenshot program installed which also captures the cursor.

What if you restart your PC (Sing Out/Sing In should also do it), will that help?

I restart my pc every day, so that can't be the reason. I could try to create a new database and check this out there.

Yes, please do that. We were able to partially reproduce the issue but so far with no clear pattern..

Deleted my mailaccount from epim a week ago. Now added it today again and still no drag and drop.

Next try: Made new database and configured mailaccount. Still no drag and drop from within the window "new mail".

Which app are you trying to drop from? Also, please mention your Windows version.
