Iphone and alerts/snooze
Iphone and alerts/snooze
Hi,
I installed EPIM on my Iphone this week and I noticed that there's no alerts/snooze option.
The appointments show at the designated time and after an hour(the time I set for most appointments) they disappear.
This is really weird since if I am not near the phone, I just miss the appointment/reminder.
I used to have an Android phone, and there it was just like of the pc, you would see the appointment and it would stay there forever or till you presses snooze / dismiss.
Is this normal behavior for the Iphone epim?

Hello,
EPIM for iOS uses iOS standard calendar and reminders. It is likely you are referring to reminder window, over which EPIM does not have control.
It would be more clear if post a screenshot of the reminder you mean.

Note that I didn't get a pop up for the reminder (which is not that of a problem) but after 12:25 the notice disappeared, so if I'm not near the phone, I would have never known that I had a reminder.

Hello,
thank you for the screenshot. "Reminders" panel that we see on the screenshot are part of iOS and EPIM does not have much of a control over it.

I am talking about the Up Next part which shows a calendar notification.Max wrote: Wed Jan 10, 2018 11:00 pm Hello,

(I can add a calendar widget if you want to see it better and upload another picture).

Calendar notification is also displayed and started by iOS built-in Calendar.
Please post a screenshot of Calendar widget, we will check it.

I had a reminder this morning which I missed and two reminders tomorrow that don't show up yet(I guess).

Re: Iphone and alerts/snooze
Please open iOS Calendar, find the events and see if the reminders are there. If they are, I am afraid there isn't much we can do.

When I open the event, next to alert I have None.Max wrote: Wed Jan 17, 2018 10:47 pm Please open iOS Calendar, find the events and see if the reminders are there. If they are, I am afraid there isn't much we can do.
So when I synced EPIM witm my iphone it synced all the events but none of the alarms (all my events are set to have an alarm in EPIM)?
