upgrade from 1.5 to 1.6 - problems in menus!

my notes are empty, but show up under contacts. contacts show up under the unlabeled icon on the left. also menus have blank areas...something seems messed up... any advice?? things worked fine in 1.5, although there was some bugginess regarding multiple events showing in the month calendar view.

Seems like language file is an old one. Just erase the English.lng file and re install the application- should work fine.

Yes, it was the language file. once the old one was removed it works fine, thank you!
