:))) The BUG King: EPIM changes first and last names between the records

Hi, newest EPIM Biz,
on Win 8.1

Yesterday below I had two different first names, as these are two different people,
today I opened DB, and oops, I have the same first name for both guys:

In this case I noticed that because the first name Arlen is quite rare, and I also know these people.
If it was about some John or Alex, and these would be some unknown persons, we would be in real troubles.

This problem has been happening for awhile, still not addressed.

No.
It is very random.
You need to trace all the threads about this.
It's related, I think, to mechanical stuff, like having cursor at one field/record (search field?), than moving the cursor to another field along with some wheel move?
No idea.

Thanks. It is super-difficult to fix the issue until we are able to reproduce it or have a video demonstrating it. It is not clear where to start looking.

Again occurred.
Luckily, it was our client, so I noticed he has got another first name.
If it was a potential client, uknown, with no contacts record, no way to notice that.
This is really terrible. The question raises also about the phone numbers. Untraceable, until I call a person A, and talk to person B.

Are you using version 8.5? We have recently fixed a few issus that might be related.

Yes, 8.5
But I do not know which version caused the change.
