Problem with my PPC portable key

Hi staff and all,


My Epim PPC portable key is no longer recognized.
Each time I click on File/synchronization/pocket pc I receive the following error message : "Confirm
PPC Sync requires PPC License. If you have purchased one, please insert license code into Help -> Registration. If you want to buy PPC license, please
visit PPC Sync web page."...

I don't know since which version it occurred but I just noticed this whereas everything worked well until now ...

Hello,

could you post the screenshots of both the window asking for a code and your Help-> About window...

How to acomplish this, blinds are really unfriend with those things !!
And how to post them ....

I have to say that I even redownloaded my key and replaced it but with no success....

As far as I remember in 1.81 it works !!!

With EPIM 1.82 running on Win2000 I'm having what appears to be an identical problem. I only recently purchased the PPC upgrade so can't comment on previous versions of EPIM, but have been unable to successfully enter the new provided license key in 1.82 and the error descriptions posted above are the same.

No images/captures to show this in more detail atm.

Can you please send me (preferably on the forum, using PM Me! button below my message) your:
- license name
- license code
- are you using Portable or Desktop?
so that I check them?
There is basically no time limit on these keys and they should work fine. But seems something went wrong. If keys are in fault, we will promtly issue new ones for you.

Got the problem reproduce, no need to send keys. Will revert with a fix ASAP.

But how to register as you send me a essentialpim.ini registration file when I bought this version ?
When I keep the information present in the ini file ane try to register manually, I receive an error ...

Register it exactly like you did it previously. If you are using Portable version, you do not need to enter the key manually.

You downloaded the wrong key. There are two keys which have been issued to you. One starts with small letters, i.e. xxx_xxxx and another is Xxx_Xxxx. Download the second one. I now deleted the one without PPC edition.

There is something I don't understand because this key hs always worked and I use it since months now...
The key I have, which works since months, begins with a capital letter (E), so it is a correct key
