Issue updated from 8.63 to 8.64 can't open my database
Hi
i have updated from 8.63 to 8.64 under w10 pro 64bit and i can't open anymore my database , and this does happen only under w10 , w7 works great
i use the pro portable , i had to go back to 8.63
i had these errors ,is there a fix?

Please redownload and reinstall the 8.64 version, that should fix the problem.

maybe it's windows System : Workstation, Version: 10.0, Build: 4563,seeing under w7 work perfecly

Does not seems to fix this issue. same error. Tested on Win7 X64.
Seems to pro business related issue. Did not face on my personal db running usb drive.
