Weird scroll lines in email

Is anyone else getting these weird scroll lines in the email reply window in 9.0RC1?

They also come up in the normal mail preview window too but less often.

Can you export this email into EML so that we could try to reproduce the issue? Thank you.

All the email's it happens with are too big to upload to the board.
