Hello,
My database size is 2.356 Gig. When looking at my allocation 2.2 Gig is email. I am showing 62,554 emails in my database. Upon further investigation, I do not have near that amount of emails. I right clicked on my two main archive folders and the total emails in those two folders is just over 12,000. What can I do to clean up my database aside from going through database management? I use gmail and I am not sure where these emails could be located?
Thanks

Re: Database Size
In my experience a lot of emails are in the Trash/Deleted Items and Sent folder.
For the Trash/Deleted Items you can empty it by right click -> Empty
For Sent emails you have to manual go though and delete the ones you don't want.
I don't use spam filtration myself, but if you do then the spam folder may also get quite large if you never empty it.
