Log File?

Post by KmxSoft »

Is there a log file for recording actions taken when rules are run?

I have a situation where rules which match incoming email are ignored and cause the email to be dumped as spam. If I find that email in the spam folder and mark it as not spam, it i diverted to the inbox where running the rule which hasn't been changed then moves the email to the correct folder.

I don't understand why rules are ignored but then work perfectly when run again. This is very frequent and many rules work as they should - but probably 30% don't work.

I've been trying to email the log files to support, but it fails because the zipped file size exceeds google limits.

You can upload it to some file sharing service (EPIM Cloud, for instance or Google Drive) and share the download link.
