PRO activation problem

I bought EPIM Pro Android a while ago.

Now I had to reinstall the app (I've always used the same google account) but it doesn't recognize the PRO version.

If I try the "update to pro" function it gives me an error and says "you already own this item"

What can I do?

SOLVED.

Maybe it's a bug of v.6.0.2

I downloaded and installed the apk v.5.8.7 and the PRO version was activated immediately. Then I upgraded to 6.0.2 from Google Play.

Now everything is OK.

I received this message also after having to re-install from Google Play store. I have the Beta version.

Tried removing from Beta but still getting message to upgrade to pro.

Where would I find the apk file that works for that? I can't set a password on the most recent version?

Hi,
FYI, same issue here, when trying to dump old phone on Android 8.1.0 and switch to a new one on Android 12, so it must be a general issue in AEPIM 6.0.5.
So thanks for working on it, hope it gets fixed soon.

So ... the procedure doesnot work, going to 'about' in menu, tripple tab on EPIM icon and fill in license-key?

Did not know about this procedure. If I do it, it asks me for a code. Any idea what code I should enter here?
Don't think I ever received a code when purchasing AEPIM Pro, and I don't find one in my emails either ... (?)

Didnot know it either. Ran over it accidentally some time ago.
So the code is the license key. Would surprise me very much if you didnot have one. As far as I know, there always is one.
If you cannot find it, adress support!

Hi,

To anyone who has this issue, the following procedure solved the issue in my case - the procedure was suggested to me by support after contacting them directly:
  • uninstall AEPIM 6.0.5
  • download AEPIM 5.8.7 via this link: https://www.essentialpim.com/download/o ... _5.8.7.apk
  • install the downloaded AEPIM 5.8.7
  • start AEPIM 5.8.7. Just a few seconds later it automatically found my license and Pro-featuers became available
  • update to AEPIM 6.0.5 and Pro-features remained available.

Did they say anything as to license-key? Whether there should be one in any case?
Your description seems to say, that 6.0.5 has an issue in not being able to find license

As I have already written, in my case the problem of 6.0.5 is that it does not find the license in the case of a new installation. If you update the previous version it's ok.

For now I am left with AEPIM 5.8.7 and WEPIM Pro 11.1 because AEPIM 6.0.5 gave me problems and I had to manually fix all the tasks.

Now everything works fine.
