11.5.2 download extremely slow
Hi there,
just to mention ... download speed is extremely slow. No problems whatsoever on my side anywhere else.
Server problems?

We have checked our servers, and there are no known issues at the moment. Additionally, the download speed is optimized to provide a decent experience.

Did you download EPIM directly from the website or use the auto-update feature within the application?

What's the average download speed on your end? We tested the download speed using various VPN servers located worldwide, but none of them behaved unusually.

hanks, this still seems like a mystery to us. Let's see if there are any other similar reports.

Re: 11.5.2 download extremely slow
Hi admin,
greetings from Switzerland. I can confirm, that the download of 11.5.2 is really very slow. After 15 min. I was not even halfway through and gave up, like I did yesterday (auto update). My normal download speed is always around 800 Mbps or better.

@admin
is there somehow a possibility to repeat auto download, to verify speed?

ablamis23, thank you for the update. Could you please confirm if the website itself is loading properly?
poet-man, you can always redownload EPIM from the Download page on the website.

Re: 11.5.2 download extremely slow
hard to tell. I've tried Opera (default), Firefox and Edge. On all of them the start of your website sometimes goes extremly slow (1. Downloadbutton top right, 2. Downloadbutton lower middle, 3. Logo top left, 4. after some time the rest of the main page shows up). Restarted computer several times, somestimes goes fast, sometimes slow as described above. Download over button lower middle, can shows download with about 50 KB. Download over button top right - and then over button download 11.5.2 about the same (approx. 15m). But sometimes both versions goes fast (approx.less than a minute) with about 220 MB.
Looks like you are working on it right now.
But downloading via EPIM->Check for updates->still would take forever. Always had to close it by force.
Will try again over the weekend.
But other than that: You're doing an outstanding job!
